By accessing or using the CitiesABC Impakt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Platform Description

CitiesABC Impakt is an Agriculture-as-a-Service (AaaS) platform providing:

  • Digital farmer identity (iDNA) verification
  • AI-powered crop advisory services
  • Financial services integration
  • Agricultural marketplace access
  • Sustainability tracking and carbon credits

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person may only register one account
  • Accounts are non-transferable

3.2 Identity Verification

To access certain services (financial, marketplace), you must complete KYC verification including photo ID and biometrics.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Manipulate your Agri Score through fraudulent activity
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Financial Services

  • Financial services are provided by licensed third-party partners
  • Loan terms and interest rates are determined by lenders
  • Insurance products are underwritten by licensed insurers
  • We facilitate connections but are not the lender or insurer

6. Marketplace Transactions

  • Buyers and sellers enter into direct contracts
  • We provide the platform but are not a party to transactions
  • Users are responsible for transaction fulfillment
  • Dispute resolution follows platform mediation procedures

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including AI models, software, and design, is owned by Ztudium or licensed partners. Your farm data remains yours under our data sovereignty principles.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for crop failures, financial losses, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. You may close your account at any time. Data sovereignty principles ensure you retain access to your exported data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided (varies by market).
